Terms of Service
Last updated: 2025-12-23
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Routergate’s website, customer panel, and services (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Definitions
- “Routergate”, “we”, “us”: the provider of the Services.
- “You”, “Customer”: the person or entity using the Services.
- “Order”: a purchase or subscription for Services.
- “Content”: data you upload, store, transmit, or otherwise process using the Services.
2. Eligibility and Account
You must provide accurate account information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including any credentials, API keys, tokens, and actions performed by your users.
3. Services and Changes
We provide hosting, network, and related infrastructure services (including but not limited to dedicated servers, IP transit, DDoS protection, monitoring integrations, reverse DNS management, and VPN features where applicable). We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Services to maintain security, performance, and compliance.
4. Acceptable Use
You must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. Abuse may result in suspension or termination. We may restrict traffic, rate limit, null-route, or suspend services to protect our network and customers.
5. Orders, Billing, and Taxes
5.1 Billing
Some Services are billed on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly). You authorize us (and our payment processors such as Stripe) to charge your selected payment method for applicable fees, taxes, and any authorized add-ons.
5.2 Failed payments
If payment fails, we may retry charges and/or suspend the affected Services until payment is resolved.
5.3 Taxes
You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or government charges associated with your purchases, unless stated otherwise.
6. Refunds
Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started or a Service has been provisioned. If you believe you were billed in error, contact us at [email protected].
7. Customer Content and Responsibility
You retain ownership of your Content. You are responsible for your Content, its legality, and ensuring you have all necessary rights/permissions to use it. You must maintain backups; we are not responsible for loss of Content.
8. Security
You must use reasonable security practices (strong passwords, least-privilege access, timely patching). We may take necessary steps to respond to security incidents, including blocking traffic, resetting credentials, or suspending Services when needed.
9. Support and Communications
Support is provided via the customer panel and email. Operational, billing, and security notices may be sent to your account email. Optional integrations (e.g., Telegram notifications) require you to link your account.
10. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Services if you violate these Terms, the Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law, or if your use threatens the security or stability of the Services.
11. Disclaimers
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROUTERGATE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date indicates the latest revision. Continued use of the Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
